What exactly am I buying?
A museum-grade fine-art print: a faithful, hand-restored reproduction of a public-domain masterwork or rare piece, made on archival cotton-rag stock.
It is not the original, and we will never pretend it is — the value is in the quality of the restoration and printing, and the eye behind the collection.
How can museum-grade quality cost this little?
The works themselves are in the public domain, so there is no licensing tax and no gallery gatekeeping to pay for. We price transparently for the quality of the restoration and printing — not in the seven figures an original would cost.

Is the quality actually good?
That is the whole company. Archival giclée on cotton-rag through professional print partners, colour-managed, hand-restored from the best surviving master, and sized honestly to what that master can carry. Made to hang for decades, not to fade by spring.
Are these authentic works of art?
They are authentic, faithful reproductions — restored and printed to gallery standard — of real, verified public-domain works. You are buying the craft and the curation, not a forgery of an original. We are honest about exactly what it is.
Why are some pieces ones I've never seen before?
Because half the pleasure is discovery. Alongside the classics you already love, we carry genuinely rare material — colonial Andean angels, alchemical manuscripts, gold-and-azure celestial atlases.

What sizes and framing can I get?
Formats are chosen per work — digital download, archival print, canvas, or framed — with sizes capped to what the surviving master can honestly carry. Detailed size and framing options open with each house.
The rooms in your photos — are those real?
The artwork in every room view is the real, restored work; the room around it is a representative setting, shown so you can picture the piece at scale — the way any gallery mocks up a wall.
When can I order?
Houses open one at a time, as each collection, print pipeline and review clears. Statuses on the site are truthful and current — nothing is marked available before it truly is.
What about rights and licensing?
Every work is verified public domain, sourced from museum and library open-access collections, so it is free and clear. It matters — but honestly it is not why people buy. They buy the quality and the taste.
